His career includes leadership roles at South County Bank, Bank of America, and Union Bank, where he built lending platforms, developed national programs, and guided teams serving clients across multiple industries. He is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School and a licensed and bonded Mortgage Loan Originator through the California DFPI, ensuring every client engagement meets the highest regulatory and professional standards.

Jeffrey’s roots in Laguna Beach run deep. He has served as Chairman of the Board for the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce, President of the Laguna Beach Rotary Club, and founder of Grapes for Grads, the city’s premier wine‑tasting scholarship event.
